People pay less attention and become less vigilant with the passing of time. I was not afraid then because of all the attention, I am more concerned now (3 years after the fact) because the hype, attention, and protection are no longer the case. The reason I say this is because my husband works in a high profile building that was threatened by terrorists in 2004 and it was highly publicized in the media, and there was a huge police and millitary presence during that time. But as time passes (and fear lessens) is when I would be fearful. While all this attention is being placed on it, this person would be really crazy or really stupid to do something. My concern for you is not in the immediate because with all the hype (is there media coverage?), and police surrounding now, it is when the furor dies down that I would be worried about.
